Shipping policy

Import taxes, customs, and duty fees

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Orders within the EU. All prices already include VAT. For any other fees that might apply, please consult with your country's regulations.

Rest of the world, e.g., the U.S. or the United Kingdom, please note that any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult with your local customs office to understand any fees that might apply.

Unless stated otherwise on an item page, most items are shipped within 5-10 business days

Shipping services

I ship most orders with PostNL, the standard postal service in the Netherlands.

When a parcel arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service, e.g., USPS for the U.S. or Royal Mail for the United Kingdom. 

Tracking

All orders include a tracking code you can use to check the status of your shipment. You will receive a link with a tracking code after your order is shipped. 

Note that after your shipment leaves the Netherlands, you might have limited visibility on the PostNL website, but the same code should also work on your country's postal service website.

Shipping Cost

The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page.

Free shipping will be applied to all orders above €200.

Delivery Time

Unfortunately, as a seller, I have very limited control over the delivery companies, so I cannot provide an estimate of when your order will arrive.
