Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days.

How to start a return:

1. Contact me via info@tatiana-sta.com with your order number to initiate the return
2. Use the original packaging to reduce the chances of the item arriving back damaged
3. Please note that any shipping costs and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. I highly recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking code. Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund if a returned item gets lost.

Refunds are issued only after items are returned to my office and inspected for possible damage. 

Lost or Damaged

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact me via info@tatiana-sta.com as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged packaging and/or contents. 

Please note that if the shipping company claims the order was delivered but it wasn't, you need to contact the local shipping company that handled the package.
